Solution

The payment information has not been provided.  Provide the card information and try again.

It is likely the PIN pad has not been correctly configured on the Hardware Profile.

Refer to the PIN pad Fast Tab settings in the Hardware profile section for your Payment provider.

When trying to complete a payment on the Payment terminal: 
The Specified ID was not found.

It is likely that the card mapping in the Hardware Profile is not correct

Refer to the documentation on Card types

Peripheral error. The payment was authorized but could not be added to the transaction.  The attempt to void the payment failed.  Would you like to try and void the payment again?
