Product management
This topic describes how to setup different discount structures that can be used when discounting products using FireSale
Overview
When you use FireSale on the MAX Mobile application, it will prompt you to select from one or more discount options, for example, if you scan a loaf of bread, there may be one or more levels of discount you can choose from in order to discount it.
e.g.
Discount1 - 10% Clearance Discount - no expiry date
Discount2 - 50% Discount - Expires today
These choices are managed through FireSale reasons - each one can discount by a unique amount, print a different label types (Label codes) and trigger different Info subcodes. The FireSale reason Name is what is presented to you within the MAX Mobile application.

When a item is placed on FireSale, you can define one or more Reason codes to be selected at the time of placing the item on FireSale.
The FireSale Reason entry also defines the discount and the label code that will be used.
