Activating MAX Essentials terminal license

To activate MAX Essentials ready for use, follow the simple 6 step process.

Once the product is licensed, you can print Labels at MPOS.


Step 1:
Navigate to MAX Essentials > MAX Essentials > Store Licenses

Click on Store Licenses,

The following screen will be shown:



Click New
The Store ID and Product name fields will be enabled as shown below:



Store ID: Select the desired store to be licensed from the list.

Product Name: Select the Product "RR max Utilities" from the list.

Click Save.

The License button will then be enabled.



Click License.

Follow steps 2 through 6 below:




STEP 2: Click Request

Highlight the Code field

Copy this to the clipboard


Send this to your Retail Realm Partner Account Manager (PAM) for processing.

STEP 4

Click Activate


STEP 5
Paste the License Key code that was received from your PAM.  

Click OK


STEP 6
Check the product has been Licensed.

The LICENCE field above will display a license string and an Expiry Date (if in force).


To remove the license, click Deactivate.

Only perform this step when you are sure you wish to deactivate the product from use.
