Before going live and starting to process payments with Sensepass, a few simple steps must be completed, though not necessarily in a specific order:

  1. Engage with Retail Realm to open a project so we can ensure this is the correct solution for your business.
  2. Install MAX Pay Global for Business Central.
  3. Engage with Sensepass Payments.
  4. Obtain test and live credentials from Sensepass. You may have these if you are already a Sensepass customer.
  5. Configure MPG for a test account.
  6. Begin testing, using Sensepass test card numbers and tags.
  7. When you are ready to go live, configure MPG for your live account credentials.
  8. Perform an end-to-end test.
  9. Go live into production.
  10. Receive hypercare support from Retail Realm and Sensepass for the first week (or more) of running payments.

Sensepass Devices (NFC Tags/QR)

Sensepass will provide you with NFC Tags / Tag Ids / QR codes.

For each device, you will require the Paring Code, in the format XXX-XXX-XXX.  This can be found in the Sensepass Partner Portal navigating to Management > Sensepass Tags > (Tag) > Paring Code.
