Before a user can send Pay by Link, the Connector License must be associated to the user(s) that are initiating payments. 

  1. Navigate to Connector Licenses
  2. Select the Connector
  3. Select View
  4. Select License Users, e.g.:

  1. Use this form to add, remove, enable or disable users.  The displays the maximum number of named users that can be assigned, as well as keeping track of how many have been assigned and enabled:
