Disable amount confirmation

This option allows you to disable the transaction amount ($) on the payment terminal

Yes: The confirmation will be disabled

No: The cardholder will be prompted to confirm the amount


Disable Signature for EMV transactions

This option controls whether the device will prompt for a signature on the Payment terminal during EMV transactions. Prompting for a signature is the default option and this option, when enabled suppresses it.

No

No: The device will continue to prompt for a signature where required.

Yes: The signature will be suppressed.


Do not prompt for zip code

This option controls whether to prompt for a Zip code / postal code when manually keying cardholder data into the Payment terminal.

No

Yes: The Payment terminal will not prompt.

No: The payment terminal will prompt for a Zip code. 



Enable signature for token

This option controls whether to prompt for a signature on the Payment terminal, when performing a sale using a stored customer token (Card on file).

No

Yes: The device will prompt for a signature.

No: The device will not prompt for a signature.



Enable credit card note

This option controls whether to prompt the Cashier, to enter a “Credit card note”, whilst creating a Customer token (Card on file).  This note will be stored with the Customer credit card.

Yes: Enable prompt

No: Disable prompt.


MOTO

Default device mode

This option controls the behavior of the Payment terminal when used at Dynamics 365 Headquarters client, to create a Customer token (Card on file).  This directs the Customer or Cashier to swipe, manually enter or be prompted, during the token creation process.

No

Prompt: The device will prompt the user to either swipe the card or manually key the cardholder data.

Swipe: The device will prompt to Swipe (or insert) the card.

Manual: The device will prompt the user to key in the card holder data.


Enable Customer profile

This option enables or disables the Customer profile feature.  When enabled, this feature will create a Customer profile on the CardPointe platform that is synced with the Customer token or credit card in Dynamics 365

No: Disable


Enable on account signature

This field controls whether the point-of-sale prompts for a signature, when processing an “On Account” customer sale transaction.

No

Yes: Prompt to capture signature on the Payment terminal.

No: Do not prompt.


Enable CVV while creating token

This field controls whether to expose the CVV field on the CardConnect iFrame tokenizer for, whilst creating a Customer Credit card (Token).

No

Yes: Enable the CVV field.

No: Do not enable the CVV Field.
