A label Profile defines are particular label style or grouping of labels, for instance, a Label Profile called "Standard" could consist of one Shelf Edge label and one Product label, each of a particular style (Layout).  The profile groups these two Layouts into one Profile.  Another Profile could be used for other product types, for instance that do not have Product labels but could have many multiple types of Shelf labels, depending upon where the product is located throughout the store.  A profile can have one or more Labels associated with it, each with a corresponding Code, Layout, Format and Printer definition, as described below.


To Create Label Profile: Go to MAX Essentials > Printing > Labels > Label Profile. It will display below form on screen.

Label Profile Id

User can enter Unique Id for Label Profile.

Name

User can enter Name for Label Profile.

Default Label printer

If you are not settings printer to Label profile then it will take default label printer from here.

Label Type

User can select Label Type either for Product or Shelf.

Label code id

User can select Label code either for Product or Shelf.

Label Layout Id

User can select Label Layout id creates against Label Type.

Label Printer

User can select Printer type to print label.

Label format id

User can assign label format id from existing.
